I was seen promptly. Had a blood test and didn't feel the needle go in. The nurse discussed my test with me and made me feel relaxed. I don't think you could improve my visit today.

The practice is accessible and friendly-the GPs are under time-constraints and pressure, but this is fairly normal- I think that a periodic review of medication and discussions of "issues" might be helpful as routine, but difficult as routine, but difficult to build into.
